WRAP=Wellness Recovery Action Plan 
Learn Mary Ellen Copeland’s self-help skills and how to use them more easily to monitor physical and emotional wellness. 

Groups & Classes  
"Drop-in" support group. Boundaries, Lifestyle’s Class, Poetry and Art and more…

Wellness Support Groups and Activities
SVRC offers a variety of groups that support our wellness including: Diabetes Education and Nutrition Class.

Computer Classes
SVRC offers a safe place to enhance current computer skills and gain new ones. Computer classes are offered throughout the week.

Employment Support
SVRC offers access to a computer lab with supports for building resumes, cover letters and online assessments and applications, plus more.

Other Activities
Volunteer Opportunities; Community Gathering; Crafts; Games; social events; and on it goes....

Advanced Directives  
We provide information for individuals wanting to work on completing Mental Health Advanced Directives.

CVAB 101
The two hour class is offered each month to enhance understanding of CVAB and is required to volunteer or become a member.

Volunteer at the SVRC
We couldn’t serve the  numbers of people we do without Volunteers.  Volunteers are a part of our community and exercising their strengths or developing new ones. To volunteer, go to CVAB 101 and the New Volunteer Orientation.
